Whats happens here? Sweet cocoa plant and its gift from Pacha Mama to our hearts!
We celebrate the awakening of our Inner Master! We come together in a special and unique time to connect with each other and with our Higher Self. The Inner Guide, who listens to us, inspires us, loves us and teaches us. Cacao ceremony enables a creative communication with our inner visions and feelings, emotions, and thoughts.
In this space, the Presence exists as a gift to ourselves, as the truth of our existence.
A space without judgments, without masks, or observance of rules. A space to do nothing and just be. Feel and let everything flow, celebrate this experience as our part that creates the colorful spectrum of being.
As we stay fresh and alive in the present moment, we can go through life’s obstacles and realize our unique potential.
Communion with the Cacao medicine is a celebration of sounds and music, stimulating, passionate and mystical, with vibrant voices and dances, colors and smells. We offer a dynamic meditation space through the magic of cocoa, harmonizing with Amazon tobacco and cleansing air smudging with exotic resins and herbs, where the body, mind and soul can open more to the senses and express themselves fully.
The experience is more beneficial for adults, as we have often forgotten how to be children. Here is the time to play and not judge, to create and believe, to feel and not to think. We invite all those who want to connect with themselves, who want to remember their self-confidence, those who want to experience their fragility and sensitivity, their self-esteem, those who want to bathe in universal sounds and breathe a new vision of themselves. Welcome!
Children are also welcome so they can remind their parents how to play and be simple and how to invite pure happiness in the present moment. Families are welcome!

CACAO and its Properties
Cocoa has always been considered a powerful aphrodisiac, exotic food, and medicine by Mesoamerican and South American cultures, such as the Mayans, Aztecs, and Spanish conquerors. Its Greek name Theobroma Cacao literally means ‘Food of the Gods, Thea (god), broma (food), with the Mayan word Ka’kau’. The Maya also called it Chocol’ha and used the verb chokola’j which means “drinking chocolate together,” suggesting that cocoa by its very nature needs to be drunk in a group. Most of Mesoamerica used cocoa as a sacred drink for communion with their gods. Cocoa is famous for its many health benefits that support physical and psychological well-being. Evidence from clinical trials has clearly shown that cocoa helps relieve emotional stress. Its high valeric acid content blocks stress hormones, while triggering the release of dopamine and phenylethylamine endorphin, both known as “happiness chemicals” and, of course, reducing the symptoms of PMS and depression. It also contains the essential amino acid tryptophan, which increases the production of serotonin, an important brain chemical that helps us stay positive and happy. Lack of serotonin can lead to depression, fatigue and mood swings. Cocoa also increases blood flow to the brain, creating more mental agility, awareness and focus. It can also delay dementia such as senility and Alzheimer’s, increase the skin’s resistance to UV radiation / sunburn, keep skin softer in old age, slow down tooth decay and can remove heavy metals from the body. It also contains potassium, phosphorus, copper, iron, zinc and magnesium which contribute to cardiovascular health. In addition to powerful antioxidants, cocoa also contains flavonoids along with a significant amount of chromium, which balances blood sugar levels and helps the body’s cells resist the damage caused by free radicals caused by a toxic environment. Cocoa is not only ideal for our mental and physical well-being, it can also help our emotional and spiritual well-being. Cocoa is a powerful herbal medicine that helps us release emotional blockages that no longer serve us, find forgiveness in ourselves and others, and show us the way forward if we are stuck or afraid to make the life changes necessary to continue forward. It also allows us to access stuck emotions, conditioning, patterns of behavior, and addictions that are buried deep in the unconscious.
